mr.fix® was represented at the Career Fair, showcasing its commitment to professional development and industry engagement.

For the first time, a Career Fair was organized at the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction (AzMİU) to enhance employment opportunities for students and graduates.

The event gathered ministries, state agencies, committees, organizations, and enterprises, as well as mr.fix® Construction Materials, which maintains a successful partnership with the university.

Opening the fair, Professor Gülçöhrə Məmmədova, Rector of AzMİU, highlighted its importance, stating that its goal was to expand career prospects, improve employment opportunities, and connect students with companies operating in their fields, offering real job prospects.

With over 1,500 students and graduates in attendance, mr.fix® presented its available vacancies and internship programs. Particularly, final-year students looking for job opportunities applied to mr.fix® and filled out application forms. During the event, Nail Musayev, Head of the Human Resources Department at mr.fix®, answered questions from students and graduates aspiring to build careers within the company, providing detailed insights into their areas of interest.
