FUGAMAX® FLOOR
FUGAMAX® Floor is a cementitious, flowable grout with high mechanical strength, resistant to cleaning chemicals, suitable for joint widths up to 20 mm in interior and exterior applications.
Complies with EN 13888 standard as CG2WA class.
CG: Cementitious grout
2: Improved grout
W: Reduced water absorption
A: High abrasion resistance
Areas of Application
• Interior and exterior applications, horizontal surfaces
• For filling 3–20 mm joints of ceramic, granite, marble, mosaic and natural stone
• Floors exposed to mechanical and chemical cleaning
• Cold storage rooms, kitchens, sales and exhibition areas
• Areas with heavy pedestrian and load traffic
Note: For vertical applications, lower water ratios specified in the mixing table should be used.
Advantages
• Improved resistance against acidic cleaners compared to other cementitious grouts
• Resistant to neutral and alkaline cleaning agents
• Provides excellent resistance against mechanical loads due to its special formulation
• Minimizes dirt penetration thanks to its special structure
• Provides excellent adhesion to tile edges without cracking
• Offers long working time, easy to prepare and apply
• Maintains its color for a long time and available in a wide range of colors
• Low water absorption
• Resistant to cleaning with hot and pressurized water jets up to +150°C
• Resistant to freeze-thaw cycles
