THERMOMAX® FP
THERMOMAX® FP is a PVC decorative groove profile. It is used in external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS) in decorative grooves cut into the insulation boards. As the profile has no mesh, continuity of the render reinforcement along the groove must be ensured with a separate mesh strip.
Fields of Application
• For horizontal and vertical decorative groove lines in external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS)
• At floor levels, window levels and façade divisions
• On EPS and XPS boards
Advantages
• Creates a straight, sharp groove line of uniform width
• Protects the groove edges against impact and mechanical damage
• PVC does not rust and leaves no rust stains on the façade
• Easy to cut and install; no need to true the groove edges by hand
