IZOMAX® Band F Collar Pipe
IZOMAX® Band F Collar Pipe is a collar element for pipe penetrations, produced by coating a polypropylene non-woven carrier with a polyurethane waterproofing membrane. The flexible zone at its centre allows it to be pulled easily over pipes and pipe plugs of different diameters and to wrap tightly around the pipe body to provide a seal.
Fields of Application
• Around water supply pipes passing through walls and floors
• In pipe penetration details of the IZOMAX® Band F and IZOMAX® Band W tape systems
• In pipe penetration details of the IZOMAX® Ftec membrane system
• Waterproofing of tap, shower and washbasin outlets
• Interior wet areas exposed to non-pressurised water (bathrooms, showers, toilets)
Advantages
• The central flexible zone allows it to be pulled over the pipe and pipe plug without force
• Covers two pipe diameters in a single product, reducing stock variety
• At only 0.60 mm thick, it does not raise the covering level
• Its fleece surface provides high adhesion to liquid waterproofing materials and tile adhesive
