PURASEAL 150
PURASEAL 150 is a high-performance, fully elastic, single-component, polyurethane-based material for concrete and expansion joints and various adhesive applications.
Product code: 205.30096
Application Areas
PURASEAL 150 is a concrete joint filler and various-purpose elastic adhesive material, therefore, it is used in many different areas.
- In all types of construction work both indoors and outdoors
- In filling concrete and expansion joints in horizontal and vertical directions
- In protection of concrete and structures from temperature, vibration, and other impacts (up to 25%)
- In adhesion of construction materials such as natural stone, ceramics, tiles, wood, aluminum, glass, metal, brick, and gypsum plasterboard • In assembly, decorative, and roofing works requiring flexible adhesion and waterproofing
- In internal and external gluing of various ready-made concrete elements, stairs, window sills, thresholds, and skirting boards
- In the installation of ventilation systems
Advantages
As a filler:
- Easy to prepare and apply
- Dries in the air and the presence of moisture
- Does not bubble when used
- High elasticity
- Resistant to weather and seasonal conditions, does not change physical properties
- High viscosity, does not flow when applied
- Resistant to various chemicals and UV radiation
- Waterproof under all conditions
- Resistant to corrosion
- Reduces impacts by accepting vibrations and blows
- Fills cracks
As adhesive:
- Ensures good adhesion to concrete, metal, glass, and other building materials
- No need for the separate anchorage of the adhering part
